Climbing for Cause | Everest Base Camp 2023
I am thrilled to be embarking on a journey to climb Everest Base Camp from September 23 to October 8, 2023 in support of the Fonds Antoine Loranger, whose mission is dedicated to research to cure leukemia.
Leukemia is a devastating disease that affects countless people every year, including Antoine Loranger, who died of the disease at the age of 24. The Fund pursues its dream: to fight leukemia and, eventually, all cancers.
While summitting Everest Base Camp (5,364m) will be a personal accomplishment for me, I also want to use this opportunity to raise awareness and funds for a cause that is very close to my heart. I am reaching out to all of you today to ask for your support in this important endeavor. Any donation, no matter how small, can make a difference in the lives of those affected by this disease. Your contribution will go directly to support research via the Fund administered by the Fondation de l'Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont (HMR).
Appreciate your support, and please feel free to share this message with anyone who you think may be interested in contributing.
Thank you,
Gabriel Copps
