The lunch tasting will feature wines from the Italian Vietti house, founded in 1800 in the heart of the Langhe region, on the highest point of the medieval village of Castiglione Falletto, where it stands today. The wines will be paired with a gourmet meal prepared by chef Marc-André Jetté of Hoogan et Beaufort.
