Organized to benefit the Fondation de l'Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont (FHMR), Montréal Passion Vin is one of the most important wine events in Quebec, and the only major event of its kind with philanthropic ambitions. Organized by a committee of volunteer business people, this unique event welcomes nearly 1,500 people over three days.
The Montréal Passion Vin weekend is divided into three parts: the À Votre Santé cocktail reception opens the weekend with La soirée d’ouverture, followed by Les dégustations and Le Grand Banquet. Whatever your taste or budget, the FHMR offers you the chance to taste and discover exceptional wines, champagnes and spirits, in the presence of some of the world's most prestigious producers. All of this in a discovery formula, punctuated by gourmet meals or hors d'oeuvres, carefully crafted in harmony to create memorable moments.
Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital (HMR) is internationally recognized for its expertise in ophthalmology and vision health. Critically ill patients from across Canada come here, to Montreal, to receive vision care. Designated as a University Ophthalmology Center (CUO) for the past 10 years, HMR brings together the largest team of ophthalmologists in Quebec and has some of the best-equipped laboratories in North America. This Center is a leading reference in several areas of ophthalmology, such as corneal transplantation, ocular immunology, and research in cell therapy and stem cells.
Your presence offers the opportunity to see further and to develop more treatments that will save the sight of thousands of people. The funds raised during Montréal Passion Vin ensure the sustainability of ophthalmology expertise and support the teams in continuing their innovative work.
Transform the future of care, and enable the implementation of innovative initiatives that will elevate this new hospital to the highest standards of medicine.
